New property agency expands as listings hit £40 million

A new estate agency in Hampshire is celebrating expansion after securing more than £40 million of property listings in its first half year in business as its presence in the Chandler’s Ford property market continues to grow.

Rowe & Co Homes, which focuses on providing outstanding local knowledge and raising standards of property services for homeowners, has also doubled its team as it seeks to become one of the region’s leading agents.

Rowe & Co Homes launched its first office in Chandler’s Ford, Eastleigh, earlier this year and has ambitious plans to expand to other key locations throughout the area in the next two years.

It has been so successful that it has been able to bring forward its growth plans and has recruited sales negotiator Harry Barrett and, more recently, Audrey Cherrett as senior sales negotiator. Audrey, who joins the team from White & Guard, brings almost a decade of property experience to the growing firm.

Audrey shares the firms’ passion for raising standards in property, having worked with homeowners across the region to help create smooth, enjoyable moves.

Rowe & Co, which has achieved an average of 99% of asking price in its first six months, has already had more than 80 sales instructions, including properties in Chandler’s Ford, Fair Oak, Otterbourne, Eastleigh and Hedge End worth over £40 million.

The company, which has a clear vision to raise property standards, was launched by managing director Rob Rowe, who has been a local estate agent for more than 25 years, including leading multiple offices for well-known independent firms in and around Southampton, and associate director James Steele, himself a highly experienced agent with over a decade of experience leading offices in Winchester, Fair Oak and Basingstoke.
