A New Chapter for Rowe & Co. – We’ve Moved!

By Jenna Coghlan

When we opened our doors in December 2023, the property market was navigating some genuinely uncertain waters. We had one office, a small team, and a simple belief: that people buying and selling their homes in Chandler’s Ford deserved a truly local, personal service.

Less than three years on, we’re thrilled to share some exciting news – we’ve moved!

Not far, as it happens. Our new home is directly opposite our original office on Winchester Road, this time at number 96, so you’ll still find us right in the heart of Chandler’s Ford. But the new space is more than three times the size of where we started, and that feels like something worth celebrating.

Why the move?

The honest answer is rather cliché, but it is the people of Chandler’s Ford and Hampshire who made it happen. In the first half of 2026 alone, we took on more properties than we did throughout the whole of 2025. The number of homes coming to market through us has grown by more than a third year-on-year, and average asking prices have risen by almost a third over the same period. That kind of growth doesn’t happen without the trust and support of homeowners across Chandler’s Ford and the surrounding communities, and we don’t take that lightly. So, with that said – thank you!

A growing team

Alongside the move, we’re delighted to be expanding the team with two fantastic appointments.

Luke Blackburn joins us as branch partner, bringing over a decade of experience advising clients across the South Coast’s property market. Luke has built a career on delivering a truly bespoke experience for every client, combining deep local knowledge with a meticulous, results-driven approach. He understands that buying or selling a home is one of life’s most significant moments – and his reputation for first-class service reflects that. We’re thrilled to have someone of his calibre joining the Rowe & Co family.

We’re equally delighted to welcome Kerry Betteridge to the team. Kerry brings over ten years of customer service experience gained across some fantastic organisations, including John Lewis, the public sector and Carnival. Her passion for property, however, came from a very personal place: her own recent experience of moving from a flat into a family home sparked a genuine love for the industry and inspired an exciting career change. As a proud mum to a two-year-old and someone who is passionate about community life, Kerry is a brilliant fit for everything Rowe & Co stands for.

We celebrated with the community

To mark the opening, we hosted a community open day on 27 June, and we were genuinely blown away by the response. Neighbours, familiar faces and new ones all came through the doors to share in the moment with us. There were drinks, snacks, goodie bags and plenty of good conversation – exactly the kind of afternoon we’d hoped for.

It was a reminder of why we do what we do. Estate agency, at its best, is about people and community: days like that one make the hard work feel very worthwhile.

What this means for you

More space, a growing team, and the same commitment to personal, knowledgeable service that we’ve always prided ourselves on. Whether you’re thinking of selling, buying, or simply want to know what’s happening in the local market, we’re here, and we’re not going anywhere.

Thank you, Chandler’s Ford. Here’s to the next chapter.
