About Rob Rowe - Managing Director
Rowe & Co was born from Rob Rowe’s 25 years of dedication and passion for the property industry. Since 1999, Rob has been a staple in the Southampton property scene, from humble beginnings as a trainee, working up through all roles within local independent agencies to become Manager and then Director, opening new branches and growing local estate agencies with great service and in-built value. Rob has extensive experience and knowledge of the good, the bad and the ugly – and knows what it really means to create a great experience.
It’s safe to say that Rob knows a thing or two about Southampton property having lived in the city for his entire life. In fact, his obsession with property was far from coincidental, with his family’s 11 moves across Southampton solidifying his curiosity about the property industry from a young age. Moving house became a routine for Rob, and it was obvious to him that his career would revolve around helping others find the home of their dreams in the city he loved so much. 25 years on, Rob and the team at Rowe & Co are raising property standards across Southampton one interaction at a time, assisting home-movers with our combination of unrivalled knowledge and sincere care for the magnitude of purchasing a property.
About James Steele - Associate Director
James boasts over a decade helping local people find, sell and buy their perfect property in Hampshire and beyond. As a father of a joyful 6-year-old, James knows first-hand just how important home really is and is passionate about really making a difference to our clients.
James found his love for property in Southampton’s busy property market but as a travel lover couldn’t resist spending a couple of years helping people to find and purchase international property.
The call of home and the views of the Solent bought James home where he managed two of Hampshire’s busiest branches in Basingstoke and Winchester before joining a local, boutique independent property agency to deliver the one to one service that he felt was lacking in national firms.
With huge expertise and a dedication to the local market that is matched only by his commitment to family, James shares the Rowe & Co passion for delivering a better standard of property experience across Hampshire and beyond.
About Chris Bailey - Branch Partner
Chris Bailey is a dedicated estate agency professional with an exceptional track record spanning over 25 years. Happily married and a proud father to three sons,
Chris began his journey in the industry back in 1997 with a highly respected national estate agency, ultimately taking on the role of Branch Partner at the company’s flagship head office. Keen to make an even greater impact locally, Chris transitioned to an independent agency, where he focused on raising industry standards and expanding his expertise. Over the next 15 years, his reputation for delivering exceptional service and achieving outstanding results continued to grow. His hard work and dedication earned him a promotion to Associate Director and professional accreditation with the National Association for Estate Agents (NAEA).
Chris’s passion for property, his vast experience, and his dedication to providing outstanding customer service make him the ideal person to lead Rowe & Co’s Chandler’s Ford branch. About Luke Blackburn - Branch Partner
Luke is a highly accomplished property professional with over a decade of experience advising clients across the South Coast’s diverse and ever-evolving property market.

About Harry Barrett - Senior Sales Negotiator
Harry Barrett joined Rowe & Co. Homes at the beginning of 2024, bringing with him a wealth of experience from the financial services sector. Before embarking on his career in property, Harry honed his skills in various administrative roles and as an insurance advisor. This diverse background has equipped him with a keen eye for detail, a strong analytical mindset, and exceptional client service abilities.
Harry has always felt a passion for property, so when the opportunity arose to join the dynamic team at Rowe & Co. Homes, it was an easy decision. The prospect of contributing to and growing with a young, ambitious company was incredibly appealing. Harry was drawn to the idea of professional and personal development, working alongside seasoned property experts to further enhance his expertise in the field.

About Audrey Cherrett - Sales Progression
Originally from Dublin, Audrey moved to the UK 20 years ago to progress her career as a visual merchandiser with Miss Selfridge. She spent the best part of 14 years working in London in the midst of the top fashion high street brands under the lead of Sir Philip Green during the early to mid 00’s. This fast paced and exciting environment, while in contrast to the property sector, helped her hone her skills in high pressure, fast changing environments while maintaining and developing exceptional customer service skills.
Later as a mum of two and settled in Eastleigh, Audrey embarked on a new career path within the property industry, working mainly as a sales progressor and gradually moving onto the sales team.
Audrey joined Rowe & Co. with 8 years of experience within the property industry and focuses on sales with a strong emphasis on and passion for customer care. Audrey has a genuine love for meeting people, and the best part of her job is helping people find their perfect home and being part of that journey.
About Kerry Betteridge - Sales Negotiator
Kerry is the newest member of the Rowe & Co team, bringing more than ten years of customer service experience across a range of sectors. Throughout her career, she has worked with respected organisations including John Lewis, the public sector, and Carnival, where she developed strong communication, organisational, and administrative skills.
After recently moving from her flat into a larger family home, Kerry discovered a genuine passion for the property industry through her own home-moving journey. This experience inspired her to make an exciting career change and pursue a future in property with Rowe & Co.
As a proud mum to her two-year-old daughter, Kerry is passionate about family life and being actively involved in the local community. She is delighted to be beginning her property career with a team that offers such a wealth of knowledge and experience, and she looks forward to supporting clients while continuing to grow within the industry.
About Bradley Clarke - Digital Content Creator
Brad is our filmmaker and digital content creator who spends most of his time behind the lens bringing commercial brands, real estate, and short documentaries to life across Hampshire. For Brad, great video isn’t just about specs, gear, or hitting record; it’s about finding the real story in a space, a business, or a moment and translating it into clean, compelling visuals.
Whether he’s mapping out a cinematic property walkthrough for a property, diving deep into a local documentary project, or shooting weddings on the weekends, Brad loves the variety of storytelling. He treats every project with a mix of technical precision and genuine care for how people connect with what they’re watching, making him a natural partner in showcasing the region’s finest homes.
When he’s not behind a camera or sitting in his editing suite, you’ll usually find him playing guitar, writing music or playing in bands, heading out to hike and explore the countryside, or just kicking back and chilling with his cat.
